NightGuards and MouthGuards San Diego
Custom designed mouthguards and nightguards are made of flexible plastic and molded to fit the shape of your teeth. Mouthguards are recommended to protect the jaw and teeth during physical activity and sports such as boxing, football, basketball, or other activities where your mouth may be hit. Guards also protect the soft tissues of your tongue, lips and cheek lining.
Nightguards are recommended for patients who clench or grind their teeth at night as a way to protect their teeth and bite. If you have decided a guard is right for you, we will take an impression of your teeth which will then be sent to a lab to make a custom fit guard. In most cases you can choose from a variety of colors and styles. On average, guards last between 3 and 10 years.

Dr. Aras and staff are awesome. I arrived at 8 am, they were ready for me right away. He told me they were not going to use a drill, but instead a Laser that removes any soft material and preps the surface for the patch. No numbing needed. I had always had a good experience here so I trusted them.

love this dental practice and have had a lot of experience with them. Every attention to detail meets all my expectations. I know if something were to go up side down they take care of it. They are friendly and always on top of the details. I ask many questions and they are very patient.
